Somehow like Campbellsavemyhome.com all these so called "foreclosure rescuers" have one common denominator............ Rudolph Campbell.

Homekeeper USA - the state closed their operations. Apparently Mr. Campbell worked for them last year. The letter that you signed was the one he used w/ Homekeeper USA.

We are talking about 4 different business doing the same thing and w/ the same so called attorney.

This will be my last best advice for you................ even though I think you will never going to see a single penny of the money you paid him, time is crucial for you. Longer you wait lesser your chances are. Why? There is a slight chance that he may seat down and deal w/ you to avoid another sanction. However, he has no clue of what is coming, and it is going to hit him hard, very hard. It is very likely that Mr. Campbell will be confronted with serious charges before the year ends. Serious, very serious. So serious that your case would be insignificant for him to even respond. I am talking about the possibly of him wearing 3 different jumpsuits not just the orange for the next couple of years. I am confident that he will be disbarred this year.

I have tried to leave my contact information on Ripoff, unfortunately it keeps deleting my contact info. If there's anything that you can do I will really appreciate it. Maybe we can meet somewhere. It's very important to me that I get this guy exposed for his unfair practice.

Maybe you can call the Florida Bar and give them additonal information.

Curious.. when did you report this to the Bar and Attorney General? There have been multiple complaints about his unethical practice of the law and taking money from innocent people that trust and get nothing in return but additional trouble.

Based on your frustrations and attempts to deal with him, I do have additional information that could indeed assist you. Because this is an open format, you understand my reluctance to do put anything additional in writing. Is there any way I can contact you?

I have reported Rudolph C. Campbell to the Florida Bar, Florida Attorney General and BBB. He has 15 days to reply. I am dying to see what his story is gonna be this time. I cannot believe they this this to me. Have you read all the postings?

Rudolph Campbell is in trouble and you can help to put a stop to his unethical practice. You can also help prevent this guy from taking advantage of more victims in the near future by reporting him to the Florida BAR. Mr. Campbell has numerous BAR complaints and has been fined in the past. On 11/1/07 the Supreme Court of Florida took disciplinary actions against Mr. Campbell (admonished for misconduct)

Also, not so long ago he was very close to go to jail for messing with 5th District Court of Appeal of the State of FL. What an idiot!!!
