I'm a disabled individual and do 98% of my shopping on the internet. I have Medicare and needed supplemental health insurance so I applied. They were the first to call,offered great services along with some I felt were added bonuses and seemed to be reasonable in payments.

When I tried to verify my membership I found out I'm not a member afterall yet they took $328 from my account for the enrollment fees. I can't cancel what I don't have but I'm out a large sum of money (to me it is anyway!) and will have to find a way to come up with more as I still need supplemental coverage!

Their services are not accepted anywhere in my state nor have other health insurance companies here ever heard of them!

Do not ever purchase one of their policies!
