This company offered me a grant for $39,000 for home improvement and send an initial check for $3,970 to cover taxes that I was supposed to mail to them via Moneygram. I then had to fill out some papers and send the money to an Amy Korbin at 192 Acker Ave. in Houston, Tx.77053. I called to activate the check as they instructed me on the letter and the woman who answer the phone told me that this was a grant approved by the North American Grant and sponsored by donors such as Gap, McDonalds,The Home Depot, Walmart, Sears, IBM, Costco, Best Buy, etc. It looked believable but something was phony about it. They did not have a web site, they only listed a P.O. Box in New York. They listed a phone number in Canada...I had to send the taxes before their ckeck cleared...therefore...from my own funds...I cannot believe people like this can sleep at night! They are criminals and I hope they are caught very soon....

Aren't you glad you did not bite?

And.... I doubt they have any trouble sleeping at night...... unless the sheriff is knocking on their door.
