Complaint Review: Homeland Visa Debit Card

Visa Homeland security took 159.95 from our bank account in a web withdrawal. We had no idea where this came from. We got a tracer number from our bank and a phone number. We called them and they said I filled out an online application for this. I did not authorize any such withdrawal and I may or may not have filled out an app, but never complete them when they start asking for more info than I am willing to supply. They were not authorized to activate this withdrawal at any time.
I They have not responded to any e-mails and phone calls.
I have signed an affadavit swearing that I did not authorize this. I hope I can get my money back.
