I signed up for the Certified Real Estate Consultant program(CREC) in October, 2007. To this date, they have not delivered ANY services. This program was $1297.00. I have asked repeatedly (30x or more) to have my website, contact manager, phone numbers, etc. to be set up correctly. They are not.

Since December on 2007, I have requested a refund of the entire $1297.00. I have been told 5 or 6 times, it has been approved and mailed. Also, it was sent over night. I have not received any refund.

They will not answer the phone, EVER. Try calling the number. It is an anwering service, ALWAYS. They no longer reply to support tickets. (their internal correspondence program). They no longer return emails.

I checked into small claims court. Seems a possiblilty, but collecting the money afterward, I can only assume will be trouble.

I'm willing to enter into a Class Action Suit. I only see 3 reports (including mine.) There will be many to follow. They are a scam, and it's only a matter of time before people start coming forward.

I would not recommend anyone signing on for their affiliate programs or as a client. There are many other reputable companies to list your homes with. Don't take the chance.

I and many others experienced the same thing under Consolidated Solutions Group.

They heard the check is in the mail or overnighted.

Money was taken out of their checking account prior to the date authorized.

No one was getting paid, apparently no deals were going through.

Live Help NEVER worked.

Emails began to go unanswered. Support could never answer your question - not their department.

Eventually they shut you down and lock you out and you can't into your website.

I know many would jump on a class action lawsuit against these guys.

From what I have heard they were doing this prior to CSG different name similar program.
