Filed complaint with California  Attorney General.   Cannot get confirmation that it is legal.  Was told one could be arrested for recording such documents.   FBI kicked door in on some homeowners who recorded some documents canceling trustee.  I asked to no avail, for an attorney who understood procedure.

$1500 is way too much for this if it cant be used.

Email me at campnotes@mail.com   IF you have attorney who can review the documents in package, I will forward it for their input.  I asked for instructions, attorney referral or refund, but to no avail.

The Homeowners Revolt.Com - Is a legitimate Company, and the complaint made here is false!

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

My name is Matt Brockman, and I am an officer of The Homeowners Revolt.Com. First in our defense I would say it is quite telling that the person making the complaint, a person named Maci, doesn't even fully identify herself, so that we can review our records to see if she was ever even truly a customer of ours, or just some fake imposter.

Secondly, Marci fails to submit any evidence in her statements that the California Attorney General stated that there was anything wrong or illegal with our documents. She only states that "she cannot get confirmation that it is legal".

However, just because she could not get confirmation that the documents were legal, doesn't establish that the documents were illegal. It means that the AG. was not knowledgeable enough to make a determination as to whether or not the documents could be legally used.

So, Marci's own words establish that the AG's office found nothing illegal about our legal documents., and that for whatever reason she has decided to make these false allegations against our company.

As we have never had a customer named Marci to our recollection, and can find no record of her as a customer, we suspect that this is a totally false complaint meant to slander our company's name.

In fact, we have never received any complaint from the California Attorney General's Office, and Marci's unsubstantiated false allegations should be disregarded as a frivolous, and slanderous attempt to defame our company.

We have been in business for over 10 years, shortly after the sub-prime mortgage meltdown, and were created to help the homeowners who were getting ripped off by the greedy Banksters. We are a company of honesty and integrity, and have always conducted ourselves accordingly.

It is also very telling that in 10 years of business, there are only two complaints lodged here with the Rip-Off Report, and both are false and unsubstantiated, which says that we must be doing good work for the vast majority of our customers.

It is unfortunate that people can just go on the internet and make false defamatory claims, without producing one shred of evidence to support their claims, and not be held accountable in a Court f law for their slanderous lies.

We recommend that The Rip-Off Report should raise its journalistic standards, and begin to require that all persons lodging defamatory complaints against others, provide some level of proof or evidence with their complaints, or The Rip-Off Report should refuse to post such defamatory and frivolous complaints.

Best Regards,

Matt Brockman / The Homeowners Revolt.Com
