HomePointe Property Management Ripoff never returned $400 deposit towards advertising, very rude and unprofessional staff, they have sent fraudulent statement three month after termination of the account with the company. Basically they only wanted my money not the business. After they get your money they never return your call. The agent, Rebecca, sounds very smooth, sleek but she is EVIL. After I purchased a 4-bedroom house in a beautiful Elk Grove area, I decided to rent it. And so I began my search for property Management Company around Sacramento, Elk Grove area. (Since I didn't have the time to do it my self).
After checking out 5 different companies, I ended up in this company called "HomePointe Property Management Company" just because their commission was lower than others. ---ohh they got me very badly. At first they seem to be a very nice qualified company. After I signed the usual paper work and after they insisted I make a deposit $300+ for Ad and other fees; I never heard from them unless I call them and ask the status on my house for over 60 days. They never bother to call you or e-mail you; even if you leave a message to the agent, supervisor, area director, no body seems to call back. They seem to know what they are doing. 'If you know what I mean'. So I cancelled their service, and guess what I never got my deposit back, I'm tired of calling and leaving messages to the entire department specially "agent" Rebecca and the director Thomas Martin. And still they keep sending fraudulent statement three month after termination of the account with the company. So here I'm letting the people know not to get RIPPED OFF by HomePointe Property Management. Very unprofessional company, not to mention the staff, and the Rip-off; of course $$$.
