In Sept/99, I bought a software program for $609.00, to do medical billing at home, with the understanding from that I would be working for the company after I took their certification exam & passed. I did everything I was required to do, passed the exam, then was told they would only help me market myself. The deal was, if I was not satisfied, my money would be returned to me within 4 to 6 weeks after I sent the pkg back to them in good condition. Which I did in Dec/99. I was told by a customer rep. that they received the pkg. and my refund check would go out on Jan. 5, 2000. I have yet to see it, plus, the phone numbers I had for this company are now disconnected and I have no way, other than by mail to correspond. I also sent in a check for $100.00 to this company to get set up with a clearing house they use to send the claims thr. So, the total they owe me in a refund is over $700.00. Please HELP!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but have heard nothing on that end either. So, this company now, not only have their software pkg. back, but over $700.00 of my money!!!
