Homeq FORCLOSED ON MY HOME BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR.... Houston North Highlands California

This company is really a BAD BUSINESS COMPANY!! My mom has been paying her mortgage with this company, and their Cash Posting Department has been applied her payments to the wrong account. She has a 80/20 loan, and they have been applied all of her payments to her 20 loan leaving the 80 past due. She contacted Homeq and spoke with a Vanessa... Vanessa told her that the problem will be taking care of. Homeq mailed my mom a letter accepting responsibilty stating that they made a mistake, and that the error has been corrected, and they will get any negative reports removed from her credit. They did not do any of that!!! My mom called them, and they told her it was basically lack of communication on their part, and they will not be doing anything the rep told her. They also told her that her home is in forclosure still, will be auctioned off tomorrow, and there is nothing that they can do to remove it. I just don't understand this!!! How can a company do this, and get away with it?
