Complaint Review: Homeq

This company should not have a liscense to do business. This business operates in a mode that is rediculous for instance they are rude, unprofessional, incompitent. I actually obtained caller i.d. to get the upper hand with these people. I can't imagine how much money you would have to pay a person to behave the way Homeq's phone representative behave. And as for your comment to defend you harrassing phone calls all I have to say is, it maybe legal for you to harrass people but is this good business? The answer is NO.

The controller and operator of this company should really take a look at what they are doing to drive away business. Every person I know that has used this mortgage company makes an effort to discourage anyone from givin g their business to Homeq. Including myself. So does this mean that Homeq is following the path of other reputable leanders. What do you think. And as for your rating with the better business beauru, is that of no concern to Homeq. Homeq is a busines that won't be around for long. The business community will all the better when that happens. Long term revenue from satisfied customers is more profitable than short term revenue gotten by threats and disrespect. Who wins in the long run here. Not very smart business sense is it?
