They are not well managed. Sometimes their computer calls you for no reason--you return the call, they don't know why you called, but they are still nasty to you. If you write to them, you get a form letter saying research is needed. Sometimes you get a few of these. The Spanish in their material has mistakes--a real insult to the Hispanic community.
