I made several mortgage payments in advance because I frequently go into the hospital. When that happens it means that my payments will be covered. My advance payments have disappeared and I suspect thay have been applied to the company's interest without my knowledge or consent.
Their customer service number offers nothing but a series of menues. I cannot talk with someone about this. I want my advance payments reinstalled and shown as such on my statements. I sent a letter attached to a payment, requesting a record of payments, and received no response.
