Complaint Review: HomEq Servicing Corporation

I recently refinance my mortgage (Nov 2004) and in January 2005 it was bought by HomEq Servicing Corporation. I still have not received my monthly statements or coupons from them to submit my payments (but I have paid and checks cashed) so I decided to do some online research. I ran across your comments and your terrible experiences and now I'm worried. I found it strange that they don't have a website where customers can go online to view their payments history and recent transactions. Most ligitimate mortgage companies have a website. Something stinks here.

Do we as consumers have any say as to whom can purchase our mortgage? If HomEq Servicing is as bad as I'm reading then something needs to be done. I recently saw a report on the Today's show, on an investigation of a nonexisting company where consumers were being scammed. Maybe something similar should be done with this company (just a thought).
