HomEq Servicing First get mad, then get even North Highlands, California
I am yet another victim of HomEq Servicing. My situation is more complicated than most as it also involved 3rd party loan modification fraud and HomEq's complancency in allowing it to happen.
In addition to all the compaints against this ONE company, I have discovered that they have been sued over their preditory business practices at least a dozen times.
We can not let this continue. I encourage everyone where who had logged a complaint at this site to go to www.helpwithymybank.gov and make the exact same report. This is the site for the US Comptroller of the Treasury which over sees the banking industry. If they get even half the number of compaints that are posted here, they will be forced to act and stop the company from preying on it's own customers.
I also suggest filing the same complaint with the California Attorney General for the same reason. This can also be done online at http://ag.ca.gov/index.php
Only by overwhelming these two agencies with complaints will we be able to stop these people.
I just hope enough complaints are filed quickly enough to stop them from taking my home.
