My mortgage company sold my mortgage to Homeq Servicing and I got behind 2 payments. I started making an extra 200.00/month to get caught up. They sent one payment back to me (refusing my payment). Without contacting me, or warning me, I received a letter from their attorney that I am in foreclosure. The letter gave me instructions to fill out online to reinstate my loan. The online form said the attorney would contact me within 48 hours. I never received a call, so I called Homeq, and they said I have attorney fees, and they tacked on insurance on my house.

They wouldn't reinstate my loan, and gave me the runaround. Everytime I call, the next representative gives me a different story. I was supposed to recieve by fax to the UPS store a reinstatement letter last week but it never came. I called UPS every day and they taped my name and number on their fax machine. They never received my fax, but Homeq maintains that they sent it. I am in jeapordy of losing my house. I have had my house since 1995, and never had problems like this. I have been through two divorces, and still have my house. They wont let me speak to a supervisor. They are very rude and nasty, and won't work with me. They refused my money, and now want to take my house. I need help.
