I was looking to make sure my parents are in good hands after 8 months of making their mortgage payments for them, I could not manage both my house payments and there's.

We did a lot of investigating online to find the best possible resources available to help my parents modify their mortgage. We came across www.homerescueprograms.com  online and they seemed pretty good from what we read.

Every single article we read had them say they are the highest ranking loan mod company with the BBB. But when you go to the link to the site with the BBB logo (It didnt show the report). We did find online an old report saying they have a A-.but it was old.

We called the BBB and just like I thought, they said that this is #1 way to see if its a scam. They said many online websites just place the logo on the site to fool folks like myself and my parents.

We got the report and its a D and another company this guy ran Brian Suder is an F go to this link and read it before ever doing business with these people! http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Home-Rescue-Programs-Inc-100073888

I think everyone should be very careful these days. I have also called the bank myself and we are doing a modification straight with the bank FOR FREE!

I also think these people are involved as well. The BBB said they had a C rating for a long time, but this information seems new, I guess a lot of people are involved with this scam.
