Ask about your floorplan. There isnt one. Homes by Herb uses no plans, no guide, no professional structural approach just build it.
No Gas Meter at Homes by Herb. Herb wont pay the fee at the city so all homes are electric heat. Be ready for your 700.00 Winter heating bill as his insulation in the walls is nearly non existant and while visiting the construction site, scraps, trash pieces of debris, cups anything possible used in the walls and then none of it matches throughout the house.
No Screens on all the windows. No matching windows. NO screen door. Shitty constructed decks with no stains. Ugly Shutters. Every law about locks provided not up to code. Poor poor design.
IF you ever need follow up or help you can forget it, Never a return phone call and he hides from you when you need the issue addressed.
Very low rent builder with low rent ideals and he and his families judgemental opinions and Jehova Witness approach to all of us other people is unacceptable.
Too many good builders to experience these backward people. Shop around these homes are a joke. Want to see a complete abortion? Go visit their step out into the luxury market with his forever listing in Honey Creek.
What fool buys this will be completely devastated to find the issues here. We have had a horrific experience wished we had asked around and for is dumb agents you can forget that too not a brain between either of them.
You will regret a Homes by Herb home and you will be forever in getting rid of it. His motto is to roll it into you and disappear. If you get the joy to deal with the wife you will no doubt realize these people are completely not adjusted.
Hes a liar, a fraud a cheat and he has the Jehova Witness clan visit you regularly. Hes evil and ignorant. Stay away.

Now you leave Herb alone. We rented one of his beautiful homes for about 6 months and it was wonderful! Nice granite, beautiful tile, great floor plan. Not only was he nice and straight forward but he's also compassionate! I just can't even imagine we are talking about the same Herb. Not once did a Jehovah's witness come by trying to talk. Not once did he do anything that was even slightly out of line. His homes are wonderful inside and out. The only reason we had to move was because my husband got laid off and we had to move out of state. It sounds like you are jealous of his success and business sense because that doesn't sound anything like the Herb Manning I knew. And btw Im glad its all electric cuz the city of Grove charges at least $100 deposit to get gas turned on!!! And our light bill was never over $250 in the dead of winter And we had lots of kids to keep warm. Im sorry u feel like that about him but I would definitely recommend him! And i usually dont recommend anyone! Thanks herb. Hope u know who this is and see this. :)
