Customer service? Not from this guy. Bare minimum, whatever is required by law and not one penny more. If there is a way to get out of doing the right thing he will find it.
I guess it makes sense because how many repeat buyers are there for builders. He can afford to take shortcuts and do the bare minimum because there are plenty other buyers not familier with him who will buy his homes and end up screwed in the end too.
If you buy a Steve Waldrip home, prepare for trouble getting home warranty items taken care of. Just don't expect good customer service.
