They lure you in by listing homes at low prices and do not have the property address listed. I was able to pull up the homes using the sq footage, year built and accommodations that were listed on the site.
All of the homes they listed on their site were either expired or sold properties. They had a property that my friend purchased in September listed on their website.
You have to sign up to view the address or place a bid on the property.. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is.
