This is a non-responsive, pass the buck bunch of people to deal with. The MH is put together with the poorest and cheapest quality materials by totally inept and disinterested employees. It would be hard to believe that these units pass state inspection standards. The exterior is now covered in green mold that began less than 6 months after being set up which indicates interior vapor barrier issues.

After notifying the dealer in writing of immediately known defects, inept workers made repairs leaving damages in their wake. HOM won't respond to or send someone else out to repair what should have been done right in the first place.

Two sets of workers were dispatched within 3 months of set up. Then 6 months elapsed and my requests to send repairmen fell on deaf ears. Now I have more serious issues such as warping floors, soft spots under the bathtub, and electrical issues for which I've personally paid an electrician to rewire where connections "fell off". How does that happen? Plumbing connections leak in visible areas; I can imagine that the connections covered by flooring or walls are worse yet.

The 1 yr since manufacture has now elapsed, and the new representative, replacing the previous representative in the repairs department (who failed also to send repairmen to fix defects)informed me by voicemail that they will not repair any cosmetic issues even though they ignored my prior requests, since the year has passed.

They suggest that I supply the dealer who I bought this piece of crap from with a list of items to fax to them and they will then review and decide whether or not to honor their warranty. Anybody else out there feel like filing a class action suit like they did in Louisana? If you live in Florida, please respond with a post and let's have them own up to their placing human lives in unhealthy and unsafe living conditions.

Anthony -
Contact the Bureau of Mobile Home and RV Construction in Tallahasee, FL, and file the complaint forms.

I am currently going through much this same situation with another manufacturer, dealership, and transport company - and I cannot express how much the Bureau's involvement sped things up for me!

They are more than responsive when it comes down to damage, quality and warranty issues!

Best of Luck!
