Over 3 months ago I got an eviction notice and needed a place. While scanning rental ads, I noticed an ad from a place called HomesRelief that said you could get a pre-forclosed home for as little as $3,000, What sounded even better was that they would refund my money if I couldnt find anything in 90 days.

I spent a lot of money on stamps to send mail to over 60 addresses they gave me for my area. All were returned with "Address doesn't exist", "Vacant", etc. Only one person called and they said their house was already forclosed and they had less than 30 days to move.

Not able to get anywhere, I went to file for my refund. After asking for it and bringing up some concerns in their policy (such as being told to file BEFORE 90 days on the phone & then on the website it said AFTER 90 days). They never responded to my e-mail, and after a couple days I tried to go to their website and write them and it was GONE!

I have also tried calling them several times and all I get is "This mailbox is full".

Money is tight right now and I have a baby on the way. I could really use the $149 they ripped me off for.

I read on here their new website address is www.hrnational.com and when I went to it, they had changed all their information! I tried calling the new number and once again all I got was "This mailbox is full".

We are sorry that you did not have success in moving forward with a foreclosure/preforeclosure property. It often can take months of searching and while some homebuyers/investors have immediate success, others do not. You may have attempted to browse our website when the URL was changed, as homesrelief started providing listings Nationwide, and therefore the name was changed to HR National. Please contact compliance@hrnational.com and we will promptly issue your refund.

Kind Regards,

Jacob West
