Homesafe America, Inc. Andrew Day, Kim Day, Kimberlee Dworcyk, Michelle Nadolny, and Miladys Rodriguez They said they could get my home mortgage reduced to what I could afford for a fee of $2,100.00 to be paid in advance. This happened betweem 10/2010 - 01/2011. I was having problems with the governm Levittown, New York
Homesafe America said they could modify my home mortgage and reduce my monthly payments to what I could afford for a fee of $2,100.00 to be paid in advance. And since the federal government was taking up to 2 yrs., I figured if I paid for the service - I could get it done ASAP.
So, since I could not afford to pay the total amount at once, they set me up a payment plan for $1,000.00 down on 10/20/2010 and $375.00 per mo. until paid in full. So, they pretended to start the paperwork and forward it to my mortgagor, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC. And after I made the last payment, they continued to withdraw $375.00 from my checking account and I had to put a stop payment and my credit union was able to refund the last $375.00. I ended up paying them a total of $2,475.00 for nothing. And then, they cancelled all of their e-mail addresses and phone numbers and dissappeared into thin air. I saved all the bank payment receipts and e-mail communications.
I was in shock over 6 mos. afterward of facing reality that I had been ripped-off and scammed. I went online and did a search for Homesafe America and that's when I found out that they had done the same things to others. And now, I am finally able to file a rip-off report and hopefully able to have my $2,474.00 fee refunded to me. And I do have proof of all transaction from start (10/20/2010) to finish (01/19/2011.
