Customers are steered into a perpetual contract that has no expiration date. When you notify the company after the 1-year minimum term, they do not accept this information and KEEP coming and coming to your house. They also continue to BILL and BILL your credit card and don't stop. Homeshield does not understand that when you terminate the contract, they are supposed to stop billing you and supposed to stop pretending that service continues.
