Homeside Lending/Washington Mutual not only went back to 2000 and doubled the escrow and added it to the payments for the next 12 months but they in fact attempted through a rather unknown law in Texas (Non Judicial Foreclosure) tried in 2001 to steal my home.
While in Tennessee with my spouse who was undergoing rehab for a stroke, Homeside Lending along with an unscrupulous real estate broker named Rhima tried to use theh NJDFC law in Texas to steal my home.

The first my spouse and I knew of it was when we returned to Texas and found Rhima filing eviction notice on my home. I filed bankruptcy and blocked the action, but forever now I have a BR on my credit. Additionally HSL stated that 3 of my checks had bounced, I have a letter from the bank the the checks were never presented for payment. HSL was assisted in this action by the law firm of Brown and Shapiro in Houston. Fortunately we prevailed in court. HSL back out as soon as the bank letter was provided to the court.

Now they are raising the escrow amounts with no excuses.
