Homeside Lending ripoff, additional principal payments lost? Jacksonville, Florida
I make additional payments each month towards the principal of my loan. In January Homeside received payments of $700 towards principle which I tracked on their website.
In Feb. it was misteriously taken off my principal payment and not applied anywhere else. It's been two months and they have still not tracked down why the $700 is missing.
They never would of been caught if I wasn't tracking my payments on the web. How many others have they taken advantage of? Email me if you have had a similar situation. I smell a class action suit!
