HOMESITE INSURANCE(PROGRESSIVE RENTERS) progressive home advantage i filed a renters insurance claim, unfornuatly it was 3 days after I purchased the policy. I can't help when the incident occured. First off, binghamton NY

My very first conversataion- was unpleasant. They make you feeel like, your the crook, not the VICTIM. I don't know if you have ever been stolen from, exspecially with sentimetal intems, that I will never be able to replace. My grandma dies 2 months prior, and I had silver, and ". "they were stolen out of my vehicleome of the jewelry she had left me , everything was in probate for the last two months. So i just was able to get those items, 

I could not supply receipts for those items, for one, the silverware was from 1930's, and her jewlerey as well. I provided, what pictures I could for similaurity. Bottom line is ,they denied saying, that "I was lying basically", and disect my every word. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I am heart broken already, and now I deal with a heartless COmpany, NO THANKS!

If these items were so precious what were they doing in your CAR???? The "they don't care" attitude is not going to get you anywhere because you were at fault for leaving these items in your car and NO I do not work for them.
