They lie about their own backgrounds saying they are medical physicians and heirs to a UK throne, promise staging that never happens, get you to lower your selling price to a giveaway price, pull a switch on the listing agreement to make it 5 months and make you spend a lot of money fixing up your home at a giveaway price.
You cannot trust this rreal estate company and not a word the agents say. The Broker is not at all bothered about the agents and Trudy Moore (the Broker for this office)took it lightly like she could not care less.
