Completed in full  paid for  Appliances/materials  with credit cards  (still not paid off )to complete  7 rental rehabs  for Homestar property solutions  coordinators Jeff Hoehn And Rick Miles And others waited  the 45 days for payment  and  Never Received payment jobs 12 2014 I contacted Homestar repeatedly  spoke with Jeff Hoehn  He stated "you'll be paid " I said when  I  was owed for 5 completed at that time only 1 was supposed to be paid at that point  (the other 4 completed 45 days wasnt up) with 2 more in process I told him that if I didn't get paid  I would  "STOP " work on the 2 in progress  he said he would call me back.  He did he said I'm sending you  $6500  For  part of the one  that was supposed to be paid.  I said  ok when will I get the $3k the balance he said  in 7 days so I agreed  like a "idiot" that was all I was paid . I'm owed  $53k that was to be paid by  April  2014 ..As of today 10/15/15  I have received  ZERO  $$$ and like everyone else  RIPOFF  report on this  Fraudulent  Company  I was bullied  I was told  "don't contact  our clients that wouldn't be a good idea " well after not receiving payment  I did contact the  "Record  Owner " of all 7 Properties (same owner all 7 properties) the 45 days had come and gone so HOMESTAR  breach  7 contracts  by NOT  paying per The contract they want to only enforce when it benefits them That was  March I contacted  record owner  via email because I wanted to let this company  know that HOMESTAR PROPERTY SOLUTIONS doesn't pay  there contractors! I didn't get to far with  Record owner  "Christina Trust " but I received a email from  There "servicer" SELENE Finance  Chris Sayer emailed MARCH 27 2015  stating he knew nothing about it but if I gave him the addresses of the 7 jobs  I hadn't been paid for  he would  "get to the bottom of it " So I did  I thought  thank God  someone cares that I wasn't Paid  $53,000 I then RECIEVED  A call from  Andrea Merrill @Green River Capitol in Utah  asking me the same thing who did I get the work order from I told her  "HOMESTAR  PROPERTY SOLUTIONS  contact person  Jeff Hoehn Coordinator  She told me  " someone would be Calling me the next day to clear this up   Pay me my money! This was again  good news!  I never received any money or call like  Andrea had  said.  This went on  about 10days... No payment ever RECIEVED  And  SELENE Finance Chris Sayer   and  Andrea Merrill  And Christina Trust  New that I wasn't Paid  since  March 27 2015 Forward  ...but  Tracy  The  Mgr  at  HOMESTAR PROPERTY SOLUTIONS Sent me a email  2 days later subject "Unsettling Call" From  his client  Andrea Merrill  Green River Capitol. .and of course I'm in breach of the contract  for contacting  "HOMESTAR PROPERTY SOLUTIONS CLIENTS " And they could Sue me for  $1000 PER call  ..BULLIED! ! I didn't contact  Andrea Merrill  I've never heard of Green River Capitol or  SELENE Finance Chris Sayer  They contacted me  after I  emailed  "record owner " after  HOMESTAR PROPERTY SOLUTIONS  breached the 7 contracts  I have not been paid  Homestar  actually offered the Ole "settlement deal" for  $35,000 Since I contacted there client  again " BULLIED " I decided to  accept the  offer of  $35k(this tactic shows that Homestar had intentions of not paying ) Due to  I have  over  $10,000 Crédit cards bills for materials appliances  So the agreement was signed by HOMESTAR MICHAEL BREESE  And myself  that I was to be paid in  10 business days!  Okay  more  tactic  of not paying!  But okay I waited  for 10 business days!  The  "SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT "STATES  that if either party  breaches  the settlement agreement  the other will be held responsible!   Well  the day  Friday  Aug 7 or 8 ... Came  and went and  NO WIRE TRANSFER  ..Monday came and went  Tuesday  finally received email  " it's been brought to my attention that HOMESTAR is having Financial  Problems coming up with  the  $35,000 when they can pay they will "  ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! ! So  as of today and after 7 breached contracts and a breached settlement agreement  I have NOT BEEN PAID! SINCE  the breached settlement agreement  HOMESTAR PROPERTY SOLUTIONS owes me the  ORIGINAL  amount Of  $53,000.....I've emailed all Companies listed in this report since HOMESTAR breached settlement agreement ...NO RESPONSE   Unbelievable  and  HOMESTAR PROPERTY SOLUTIONS  has been paid in full for the 7 propertys by the client  or maybe they haven't  but the  client  got 7 Rental rehabs completed  ..without paying  for the work completed. It's Amazing of how  even the  3 clients above Homestar property solutions in the chain  don't  care  that  people are not getting paid  And  there is finiacial gain  for  them and  all of us who spent our own money to complete the work and  Can't get PAID! !   I don't quit. ...that's all I can say!  Disgusted in Florida 10/15/15 EMAIL(copy) Below! I would love to help you, but I do need some more information. 1. What is the name of your company? 2. Please send over an invoice detailing the work performed, date and amount of service 3. Who initiated the service? Name of person and company 4. List of properties serviced (can be part of invoice) Once I have these items I can get to the bottom of this.
