Complaint Review: Homestar Property Solutions

This is a company that will rip you off , sign contracts on jobs tell you what a good job you are doing and then not pay you.

They tell you that they will pay you if you take less than they contracted for . Sounds like this is a tactic they use on most all 

Contractors that deal with them. If you call the office the will not answer and they don't return calls . The person in accounting talks a good game but will not send you a check . They are good at telling stories , the guy in port st lucie is full of s**t and plays the game as does the office . This work is hard enough and they don't pay that good anyway and then they come up with the excuse that they didn't get paid from there client . They say they are in a lawsuit and are waiting on a settlement to pay vendors and they will tell you that they always pay their people but by the amount of complaints I see on here I am not the only one who didn't get paid. They owe me 25k right now and the only way I see getting anything from this   Deadbeat company is to take legal action . They use contractors don't pay them burn bridges and then just move on tho the next one. They should be put out of business for these practices , this is a bad company . STAY AWAY from them I wish I did.
