When simply looking for vacation rentals in Miami Florida, several listings in Craigs List led us to call a local number. Ended up being a company (rather than individuals like the other listings). They then told us that they can provide us local rentals cheaply, no deposit and all short term. But that we needed to pay $20 to access the list online. When we paid this, there was no list of properties fitting our description, but instead just all "rent to buy" foreclosed homes with strange too-good-to-be-true terms. We were dupe!
