Our company used this company for many years and in the past year and a half their customer service has decreased and their over all attitudes have tanked. They do not care about your needs and will not consider helping you at all. The president Brad Smith as per the supervisors has advised the company that their only concern is new and more money and the service to old consistent customers like we were who brought on 175 additional customers for them though the years and helped them ourselves with our employees to help them as they were our customers do not matter to them. Out of the 175 we brought on 175 are all done because of their bad service and short attitudes? These people dont care about anything more than money.  If you are just interested in a teen age web site thats ok however if you are a serious business with may customers do not trust this company to be the one to provide you with service, eventually you and all your customers will find it as one not to do business with. Stay away from this company. If any company that you are doing business with uses this company it is a good sign that you are dealing with a company that is not a serious one.
