Customer Service was friendly. Repair people they contract were friendly and came in a reasonable amount of time. But if they can't get my washer/dryer unit what good does friendliness and timeliness do? They have come out for 8 claims on the same LG washer-dryer combo, I have paid around $400 out of pocket and it still is not fixed. They have to get the parts imported from LG because nobody carries the part. Instead of frustrating the customer and spending ridiculous amount of time and money on this machine someone with common sense would just replace it.
