HomeSure of America, Inc is just another company trying to rip off hard working American taxpayers!  In the 2nd week of June we called for them to send a repairman out.  Their chosen repairman said it couldn't be fixed.  That's where the NIGHTMARE with these folks started and now it is the 19/August/2015 and we've just had to go fax/send the info again.  I called the company right after I bought the refrigerator and told them that I had stayed within the $1100.00 that they said they would cover to replace it.  Gentleman said no worries I will send this over and check will be on its way.  

Waited 2 weeks called for status update and was informed that the gentleman must of been new AND of course you have to send the receipt.  I mailed   and then emailed the woman and was assured that it would be expedited. Assuming by the email that it was received but when I call back 2 weeks later was told that they didn't receive it by mail to email it again and it would be taken care of.  Emailed it on Saturday and got a response back saying they received it.  Checked my email this morning and received another email saying yea we got it but it was NOT readable.  Don't you think when the idiots got it on Saturday and opened it that they surely knew whether it was readable or not??  Off we go again and this time to fax it and like all the others before her she assured me it would be taken care of!!  Sure NOT holding my breath!!
