Homesure of Virginia Collect our insure monthly but do not want to pay for service.

On 5/1/09 we have a AC unit in the attic driping water, we call the insurance Homesure of Virginia for the service, They give us Metal Company number. and they told me they will call them and have them to me me back... after a day, no one call me back.. I call the company and the Service rep. call them and she bridge me with the metal sheet tech... The Service Rep give me a number for AC service company and told me she call them and will call me back back... The Servce company never call me back.. I call the Air Lingus service.. several times.. finally I get contact to the service manager she schedule.. The technician come out and tell us that the collection pan was too small and leaking also the coil was rusty.. they want to replace the whole thing...

for 3 days,,, no one called me.. I call the Homesure to find out what was going on?.. The service rep told me the insurance would not cover for the cost?.
I have to pay for muself to get the unit fixed!..

Do not get trap and pay for this Homesure insurance.. They sound good,,,, they collect our money, but they woould noit pay for the claim..

DO NOT USE AIR LINGUS SERViCE either... Their technician do not know what they doing.. I call other AC conpany to check and fix the problem,.,.. by cvlean the condenser coil...

This both company working together to RIPOFF people like us..
