Complaint Review: Hometenders of America- Scottsdale

Again, this is written by a teenage member of the same family as all of these reports are from. I will repeat what was said in the previous report. Everything in this report is a total fabrication. It is so and so far from the truth it is unfathomable to even begin to rebuke this garbage. We are a Christian organization and use the utmost integrity when dealing with clients. We know who penned this, as these foul mouthed words were spewed to us exactly by a teenager when these people were asked to leave the property. Police had to be called to defuse her. 

Any savvy consumer can read these postings and see right through them as being hateful and vicious. If there were any truth they would be written eloquently not by some loud mouth teenager. 

Unfortunately in this world of the Internet, anyone can say anything, true or not and use bully tactics to get revenge. Bullying is a huge problem in our culture now yet there are venues like this that are giving these people a voice. What it does is not  a service to the community,it lets people lean on their first amendment rights to give classless, hateful people a venue to spew vicious, unfounded lies about people and companies that could cause serious harm.

We cannot arbitrate or sue for liable as these people are hiding behind their anonymity, fake names and even the name of a deceased person. They are quoting Realtors that never posted anything. Every single one of these postings are written by one disgruntled family that had to be removed from our program for serious breeches of our contract and attempting to sabotage the sale of the home. We prevailed in court and were awarded all damages, attorney fees and they were forcibly removed from the process. They have now launched an all out smear campaign against our Company. They are very devious, and have criminal minds as they think they can use the Internet to besmirch, bully and destroy. They are on a personal witch hunt for several of our Employees thinking this will vindicate the fact that they were forcibly removed from our program.

Again we state that our business is flourishing, we have a beautiful new office in the Scottsdale Airpark have a full time staff of 7 (and just hired two more) and a support staff of 12 all who have been with us from the beginning. Our parent company has been around since 1984 and we have been in the Valley for four years. We have an A rating with the BBB, never a complaint. We have had over a thousand homes in our program since the inception with just as many testimonials, recommendations, positive comments and a huge success record. However things of that nature are never posted.

While we are not perfect we strive to do the best we can with the highest integrity and best of intentions. We welcome anyone wanting to use our Company or becoming a Hometender to visit our offices, meet us in person and you will see who we are. How unfortunate it is that people like this are able to run a muck, tell vicious lies and have no consequences. What a world we live in now.

 Beware! John and Cyndee Bezik of Home Tenders of America are crooks! They go through employees like most people change shoes! The Office is the most hostile work environment you can imagine! Cyndee and her daughter Barbra Hamblem are the most two faced people on the planet and their word means nothing!

 There are other companies that offer the same service that are honest. Please read your contract with them carefully! Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT let the Cyndee or Barbra go shopping for you! They make you pay for things per the contract that you dont need. You will never see a receipt and they will do everything not to show a receipt!  They speak like ! John Bezik is a CROOK!
