I was scammed into buying these cards in order to rebuild my credit in april of 2002. I am not wealthy, obviously or I would not have had bad credit. I complained many times to the company requesting what they had promised, or a full refund.

I was told that a refund was out the question once my account was paid in full and that I would just have to be patient untill my card came. Well they never did. I Finally got a letter last month, October of 2003, saying that my account was active and fully usable with my special pass code that they had sent me. I was also told that I was being given a $500.00 credit towards a free purchase out of their on-line catalog for the trouble.

None of this came untill after many months of complaining, screaming, and filing of reports to the better buisiness burueu, federal trade commision, and the attorney general of both the state of Oregon an California. It was still a scam, no physical cards have ever shown up as promised, and when I went on line to try to make some purchaces I could not even recieve my $500.00 supposed credit without sending in almost a 50 percent cash deposit on each item I was trying to order.

And the selection they give you to choose from is complete crap. I would like to participate in any movement there might be to try to stop this company or help bring it down. This should not be allowed to continue, It is a form of legal robbery, much like being mugged in the streets(even though being mugged somehow would be more satasfing)
