I hired this company to move me after the recent death off my boyfriend, we had hired them the year before when we moved to our house,  this was a very unprepared move,  I was very emotional and the 2 movers Phil the owner & James his helper did the move in 4hrs, they did drag their feet a lot, the helper used my restroom at least 10 times and was constantly on his phone, I had a bad feeling about the helper,  I caught him in my room going through some small collector boxes of mine & advised him this room was not ready to be moved,  I did not notice until 2 days later that my black sentry fireproof safe was missing & an ipod touch!  I spent the next 4 day's unpacking everything looking for it but it was not in the box with the rest of my bedroom things,  I then remembered the mover in my room & the safe would have been right under the dresserwhere he was standing, & the iPod (christmas present for my grandson) was on top of same dresser  I called the company & spoke withPhil (owner), I remember both guys commenting during the move that they had room in their vehicles,  I was very nice & not accusing,  he however sounded defensive,  he advised he would check with James his helper & get back to me.  He never returned my call or my 20+ messages I left him over the next 2 weeks,  and my calls from then on  go to voice mail.  Filed police report!  It was a locked safe which included many documentsn including birth certificates,  s.s. cards, titles, narcotics,  keys & non replaceable sentimental things from my deceased boyfriend.
