Homevalue.us.org Advertised a $1 charge for services but charge $14.95 by deceptive agreement. California
Usually check Zillow to get approximate home value. Found this site online. Ad states you will receive a report indicating current home value for a $1.00 fee. Hidden in the various steps to get this service is a $14.95 charge and some type of agreement to let them charge you monthly for their services.
The biggest issue is you get an email stating your property report could not be located! I have been at this address for 25 years. Zillow has no problem. Go to Google Earth and their it is. So no matter what you pay, you get zero.
Emails get an automatic response. Called customer service and had the account closed. You do not get your $14.95 back, however. The customer service rep is quick to point out that you agreed to all charges. Stay away from these guys. It is a waste of time and money.

After filing Ripoff Report, received rebuttal and today my account was credited the $14.95. Thank you, Ripoff Report for being there. I would not use the company mentioned in the report again but do appreciate getting my money back. Simply wanted to set the record straight. Thanks, again.
