We sold our house in Wichita to Homevestors at their Wichita office. The agent is Mr. James Bell. The contract specified that we would close the transaction on or before April 5, 2013.

We have fulfilled our obligation but as of this writing we have not received notification from the Title Transfer Company that the purchase price of the house has been paid.

Our inquiries to Mr. Bell have elicited only the response that he is "working on deals." However, the contract is signed and awaiting payment and we have not been told when this money will be available.  

In the meantime, on the strength of this contract,  we  have moved and are considering legal  action against Homevestors and  Mr. Bell.  A complaint we filed with the Better Business Bureau has not been responded to by Mr. Bell or Homevestors.

 I am  pleased to report that this matter has been settled, and we have received the funds we have been promised.  In my estimation, this issue is now  closed.
