HOMEVID9 Ripoff, took money, lied, cheated White Bear Lake Minnesota
I ordered a movie on Amazon.com from a marketplace seller HomeVid9. After I placed the order I realized that I ordered the wrong movie. I wrote back to them within in 10 minutes and asked them to cancel the order.
Two days later I get an email saying that we do not read emails before we send out orders and sorry it has already been shipped. I received the package and wrote to them in a nice way that I could just write refused on the package so I would not have to pay any return postage. They wrote back and said sorry the postage and handling was already paid and they would not accept a return. What is the deal I asked to cancel this movie is the first place? I just wonder what kind of condition this movie is in if they will not accept a return.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
