I was told that the address of my homeowners insurance and address on my loan papers are different, I had faxed and contacted both Homeward and my insurance company regarding the matter, the insurance company faxed over all pertinent infomation as did I, that was a month ago, my insurance has not been paid by Homeward because of the same claim, I faxed them my paperwork yesterday again, and was told the fax would not be "processed" for another 3 days?!

I called a supervisor tonight 8/22/2012 Simon, he gave me his "personal fax" number, and assured me he would call back upon reception of the fax, 45 minutes later no call, I called again and spoke with another supervisor who informed me that if faxes were recieved after 6 it would not be "processed" (read) until the next day?! Really?

They informed me that if I was so worried about my insurance being cancelled that I should pay a month of the premium of which I would be reimbursed within a year!! In the meantime they've been sitting on my escrow money for the last 3 months with no payments to my insurance company!...This company is a shining example as to why the mortgage industry is in the tank and corrupt!!
