I leased a 2013 Honda Pilot which expires 10/2015, 29k miles. I am scheduled to go on a business trip this coming Friday so decided I need to go in for an oil change. They said do I want to do a 30k miles maintence. I said ok. I signed the yellow worksheet with no pricing. They said it would take two hours. After the first hour they came back and said I need to get my rear disk brake changed which I thought I don't want to take any chances in not getting it done which cost 301.95. They also said I need to change my in cabin air filter showed me the filter, see it's all black. I said I changed it two months ago. No thank you. Not only do I not need to change it but they wanted to charge me 200. At the end they gave me a bill of 813.90.

They discounted 115.00 after my complaint - I paid 691.83.

I went to Autozone afterwards to get the filter took my old filter with me to show them. The guy there opened up a new filter and showed me that the filter is not dirty the filter comes in that color - Black Marbled. He said I do not need to change it it's find he shook the old filter - done. Even if I bought a new one it would cost me 20.00 as opposed to 200.00. All I had to do was open up the glove compartment pull out the old filter and took 3 seconds. Does that justify 180 in labor?? I showed him the bill and he said you didn't have a tune up. Pour in fluids antifreeze, weights wheel , etc should not have cost 449.95 for the maintence. Total rip off. How can they get away with this??

I will not be renewing my lease with Honda Huntington!!!!! It's disgusting what they try to do there!!
