honeycolor.com no product, no replies to emails or facebook post Internet

i ordered my circle lens from honeycolor.com in early november.

i had ordered 4 pairs of contacts with express shipping which so that items would be shipping within 2-3 days to me. however, i never saw the products and when i checked the honeycolor.com website, its stated that it was being processed.

thus, after a week, i emailed them for the first time on the status of my product.

after 2 days, they still have not replied me, thus i emailed them again on the update of the status and that i would like to have a refund on the express shipping.

i posted on their facebook account on the updates. (however they had just deleted it

3 weeks since i ordered and there was no updates from them.

i filed a dispute from paypal and asked for refund, but honeycolour.com did not reply any of my emails.

i request fro paypal to refund through the dispute.
paypal has since refunded my amount.

i would advise all to not order from honeycolor.com as they do not response to buyers and they have no customer service at all.
