In early March, I ordered contact lenses from HoneyColor.com. They were said to have been shipped a week later. It is now the end of May and I have received nothing.

When I first contacted customer service, I received the response that my package had been "unclaimed and returned", which is a load of bull because the tracking information said it was still out of the country. I also work nights, so I was home ALL DAY to get the mail or hear any delivery drivers knocking.

Over the last 3 months, I have emailed them daily and have received no response. No refund, not even a "we're sorry". Out of curiosity, I created a new email address and emailed them with fake interest in purchasing a large quantity of lenses. They responded immediately.

The internet is rife with complaints about this company and I wish I'd read all of the negative reviews before making my purchase. I will continue to hound them daily about this. It's been 3 months and I haven't given up. I will continue until I get a response.

BEWARE of HoneyColor and shop for your lenses elsewhere!
