Honeywells Process was to have the Buyer pay a fee upfront for an AUDIT FEE, then the SBLC was to be paid for 30 days later. In their Process, they GUARANTEED the Buyer's money back if there was ANY errors or problems whatsoever. After extensive research, the company appeared sound.
However, during this process, Bognar was caught using Letters from Barclays Bank that were fraudulent. When both the Buyer and I tried to reach him, plus the Trade facility where the SBLC was to be placed, he conveniently would not answer emails nor the phone - thus stealing the Buyers money of $120K.
