HONGKONG HD IND. & TRADING did not deliver item purchased Hong Kong Internet
On July 17 2008 I purchased a Dual Sim Cell Phone from HONGKONG HD IND. & TRADING LTD via their web site www.mp4mobile.net Order Number: #20080717143221191 and paid for it through PAYPAL.
They acknowledge receipt of payment, but to this date they have failed to deliver phone or refund my money.
