Complaint Review: HongkongMaso International (Group) Co.Limited

 I ordered 2 dresses online after viewing beautiful dresses on the website. I had an active chat with the seller to check my dresses.

I received my order in agreed time but I was shocked. The dresses are not professionally made. It is as if they try to copy a pattern. the garments are not worthy what I paid.

I complained to the seller who seems to be obessed by measurements and photos. I have clealy explained that Im not pleased with the product. I am trying to resolve the matter with paypal but it seems my transaction ID is missing a letter at the end. I am very disappointed because I wanted to use the dresse for my special occasion

All I want is this company or individual to be removed from market because he/she causes a lot of stress over our hard earned money. I want my money back
