Complaint Review: Honolulu Police Department

On Jan 1 2017,  I was in a automobile accident not due to my fault, but due to satellite tracking brainwaves from someone who isnt on the island, and I never met him/her; and they run blue room technology and call people on oahu to hunt me down and steal my automobile after they sold me the automobile with no recon sticker and a faulty safety check  AMR is in on it too, as they take bribes from AUTOLAND in mapunpuna.  My acura (dy661) will never be the same; and neither will I.  Honolulu Police Department then stole my motorcycle on FEB 1 2017 because I didnt call the police; due to the fact that I called the police many times before because of bllue room satellite technology.  My motorcycle 409XNZ was also in a motor vehicle crash prior to the acura accident on Sept 6 2016, Report taken by B.Miller in Mililani Mauka and Wahiawa police department.  The whole point is that HPD is taking information from an unknown source on the mainaland.  It could be anybody, limited to a cult, mexican cartel, secret communist party of the USA.  I almost lost my life twice in two motor vehicle accidents because Honolulu Police Department refuses to identify or admit who is targeting my brain waves with air waves.  I am not a convicted felon or discharged beteran and I am a USA citizen as I was born in a bathroom on oahu. Satellite technology should not be allwed on USA terrority property including all 50 states and terrotories, It was my understanding that in USA we do not terrorize our own CITiZens and affialates
