Hoodia-dietpills.com ripoff do not response to return request and said there is nothing the company can do after 30 days even the return request was made within the first 30 days Internet

I contacted the customer service at 1-800-701-4556 to ask for a RMA (return merchandise authorization number) after two weeks of taking the pills. The representative told me there is nothing she could do but suggested me to follow the procedure on the web site Which I did and wrote an email to info@hoodia-dietpills. com to request the RMA but no reply after two attempts (back in Feb, 2005 while order was first place in middle of Jan, 2005). In my last email, I stated I would file a disput with my credit card which I did.

I called this morning (04/26/05) and spoke to a represetative called Thil which he said he was a supervisor and told me there is nothing he could do at this point because my order passed the 30 day money back guarantee period. He said that no one can overwrite or issue an RMA number which is always down by the computer systerm automatically when a custmer requested it within the 30 days. However, I told him about my attempts but never receive any response from his company. He just kept on telling me the conversation isn't going anywhere and he has three other calls waiting for him to answer and ended our phone call. He refused to give out his last name to me when I asked for as a point of contact if my credit card company wanted it.

I still have the merchanise at hands after all this time because I have no address and RMA to return the product too. I am very frustrated about what I was told by the company supervisor.
