I ordered a free sample of diet pills. The next week I received an order for a month and charged $99.90. It has taken an enormous amount of time to try to address this problem. My charge card company helped a lot in providing information. Apparently they all operate from a marketing company in CA. I think there should be a class action suit because of time cost and frustration and because they are deceiving.
